20% off general entry every Friday with a Devon postcode! (please bring proof of residence) (this does not apply to groups 15+ /special rates)
Bygones is open daily from 10am, and open every day of the year, except Christmas Day.
You can expect your visit to Bygones to last around 2 hours
The Station Cafe opening times vary day-to-day, please feel free to phone ahead to check if it is open on the day you wish to visit.

Wheelchair & Mobility Scooter Users
Bygones is arranged over 3 floors and in an old building with no lift access. There is limited access for wheelchairs to the ground floor but not mobility scooters which can be left at reception .The tour starts by ascending stairs to the period rooms .
We do not have have lift access due to it being a 1920;s building however we welcome everyone to Bygones.There are handrails on all the stairs and there are seats along the way .We offer a ground floor only rate for disabled visitors and registered carers .
Children’s push chairs must be left at reception
Guide dogs are welcome
Our reception and shop area is accessed from street level , the floor on the ground level is cobbled throughout
Toilets
Toilets are on the ground floor level, and there are steps down to enter the facilities.
