When is Bygones open?
We're open every day except Christmas Day. Exact times for every month of the year can be found on our Opening Times page.
Can you bring dogs into Bygones?
We love doggie friends and welcome well behaved dogs throughout Bygones. Dogs must be accompanied by an adult and on a lead. Restrictions apply in the cafe.
Do you offer any discounts for local Bay residents?
Yes, go local! Every Friday and Saturday, Bygones offers a 20% discount off the standard ticket price for anyone with a TQ postcode. Simply show a proof of address.
Can Groups visit Bygones?
We welcome Groups and offer a discounted ticket price for Groups over 15 people. Find out more on our Groups page or phone 01803 326108.
Is there a place to eat and drink in Bygones?
Yes, Bygones has a themed Station cafe, open every day for drinks, snacks, sandwiches, hot food and handmade cakes. Read more on our Eat & Drink page.
Is photography permitted inside Bygones?
Yes - for non commercial, personal use - go ahead! Use flash, tripods and selfie sticks to capture your visit and your favourite things at Bygones. We also invite you to post your photos on twitter, Facebook and Instagram - use #BygonesTorquay. If you're interested in commercial photography, for example, using Bygones as a backdrop for a photo shoot or using any of objects on display, please contact Richard Cuming at info@bygones.co.uk or on 01803 326108.
Are pushchairs permitted inside Bygones?
Bygones is set over three floors. Based in an old quirky building, there are no lifts and a few steps to tackle between floors. Pushchairs must be left at the visitor reception to conform to our fire regulations. 
Is Bygones accessible for disabled visitors?
We welcome everyone to Bygones and offer a discounted ticket price to disabled visitors and registered carers. Guide dogs are permitted in the museum. Wheelchair access is restricted to the Ground Floor - please phone 01803 326108 for further details.
